This tea is sourced from the picturesque region of Xiaoliang Mountain, known for its excellent natural environment and year-round mist. In 2004, we began an extensive assessment of the terrain, weather conditions, and ecological environment. Over five years of research, we established strong, long-term relationships with local farmers, forming a wild tea-picking team for regular harvests. In 2009, we established a research base for black tea production to process wild tea leaves according to traditional full-fermentation techniques.
We are honored to collaborate with Master Senke Hu , a bearer of intangible cultural heritage, utilizing over twenty unique techniques from the Yi ethnic group. This approach allows us to authentically capture the essence of Yi black tea, and you can experience the tea's distinctive wild character.
