About Yuzu Flower
Yuzu flowers emit a fresh and intense aroma, with a hint of creaminess. They bloom every year from March to April, coinciding perfectly with the spring tea harvest. During these two months, amidst the tranquil forests of Wuyi Mountain, the yuzu trees are lush and green, adorned only with white flowers that add to the vibrant spring atmosphere. The yuzu trees in the mountains grow in the valleys, where the soil and water quality are excellent, surrounded by tea gardens and rice fields.

Our yuzu flower garden employs a fully natural processing method, avoiding the use of any pesticides or fertilizers to ensure the natural growth of the yuzu trees. Harvesting yuzu flowers is a skilled task; it requires picking on sunny days and ensures that whole flowers are collected without damage. Because of their preference for sunlight, the flower farmers gather the freshly bloomed flowers under the hot sun, watching the flower buds open in the sunlight, and releasing their delightful fragrance.

As a kind of Chinese tea, black tea's full-bodied aroma and sweet taste are exceptionally suitable as the tea base for scented tea. At the beginning of each spring, our tea masters spend the entire tea season in the mountains. A good black tea not only requires good tea leaves, the processing method is also important. The ZhengShan XiaoZhong produced using new techniques features prominent floral and fruity aromas, along with a sweet honey note.
Every year, we choose suitable processing methods based on the variety of tea leaves to create our black tea. Each scented flower tea uses a well-balanced tea base that perfectly showcases the quality of the tea while preserving the flavors of the flowers. To ensure quality, we only harvest young leaves at the beginning of spring each year, and once processed into tea, they are immediately packaged and sealed for freshness.
